The FREJA and SMRT digital twin is a first-of-its-kind, functional digital twin of Megger RELAY testing systems FREJA and SMRT. This innovative technology allows virtual testing of Siemens SIPROTEC 5 devices via the Siemens SIPROTEC DigitalTwin cloud service. Relay testing is conducted online before physical devices become available, and with verified and approved protection settings, only a subset of tests needs to be repeated on physical devices to ensure the correctness of input and output equipment and connections.
