Automatic Circuit Breaker Analyzer EGIL200

The EGIL200 automatic circuit breaker analyzer was developed in response to the need for an affordable mid-range automatic circuit breaker analyzer that is fast and easy to use. The focus during development was on simplicity of operation, ensuring minimal time spent on measurement setup. In quick test mode, all relevant settings are on a single screen, ready for selection and testing initiation.

This versatile device is ideal for testing high and medium voltage circuit breakers at substations and in industrial applications, offering a wide range of functions. It includes all recommended measurements specified in IEEE C37 and IEC 62271 standards.

EGIL200 is based on technology used in leading market analyzer series Megger EGIL and TM, combining ease of use with many other features that have made them popular. These include contact time measurement PIR and PIR resistance, which remain accurate even in noisy environments thanks to active noise suppression technology.

Other key features include one-click report creation, with results downloadable as PDF or sent directly to an integrated printer. Its rugged construction makes it suitable for operation even in the most challenging field conditions.

Connection to the test object has been simplified, requiring only a single connection of measurement leads to perform all subsequent measurements or operations:

- Main contact and PIR contact operating times
- Coil current analysis for closed, open 1, and open 2 coils
- Station voltage measurement
- Motion measurement
- Static and dynamic resistance measurement
- Motor current measurement
- Minimum trip voltage testing for closing, opening 1, and opening 2

EGIL200 can be supplied in versions pre-configured for specific states.
