Product description The FREJA 546 relay testing system is a versatile, lightweight, portable device designed for secondary protection relay testing. It can be operated manually via an integrated touch interface with FREJA Local software or fully controlled via computer using FREJA Win software. The built-in user interface is the second generation of Megger's automatic/semi-automatic manual user interface.
High-power voltage and current channels can test virtually all types of protective relays. FREJA 546 can convert voltage channels into current channels, providing a total of 6 current channels. All FREJA test sets can be connected in series, with all channels synchronized in time and controlled as a single system, suitable for extreme testing scenarios such as large bus protection schemes or simultaneous voltage application to multiple bus sections.
A large, easy-to-read high-resolution color TFT LCD display allows quick and easy manual, stationary, and dynamic testing. FREJA Local includes built-in pre-configured testing procedures for automatic protection relay and scheme testing. Menu screens and function buttons on the touchscreen facilitate rapid and straightforward selection of testing functions.
Test results can be stored locally and uploaded to a USB drive for data transfer or report printing. Test configurations and results are stored via Microsoft Explorer interface, enabling users to create custom test object structures. Each device is supplied with pre-installed software for fully automated testing on a PC.
