The megohmmeter relay testing system SMRT410 and 410D is a versatile, lightweight, portable field testing kit capable of testing a wide range of electromechanical, solid-state, and microprocessor-based protective relays, motor overload relays, and similar protective devices. With up to 4 voltage channels and 6 high-current channels, the SMRT410 meets all your testing needs, providing a complete multiphase testing system for commissioning protection systems.
SMRT410 VIGEN modules also provide high power in both voltage and current channels for testing virtually all types of protective relays. The SMRT410 testing system can convert voltage channels into current channels, thus offering 10 current channels. All SMRT test kits can be connected in series, with all channels synchronized in time and controlled as a single system to handle extreme testing tasks, such as large bus protection schemes or simultaneous voltage application to multiple bus sections.
The SMRT410 testing system can be operated manually via Megger's Smart Touch View (STVI) interface or using the built-in display of the SMRT410D. STVI-10 is the second generation of automatic/semi-automatic and manual user interface from Megger, used with the SMRT product family. Thanks to a large, full-color high-resolution TFT touch screen, it allows quick and easy manual, stationary, and dynamic testing via the manual test screen and pre-installed test procedures for most popular relays. STVI displays measured values such as AC and DC current in amperes, AC and DC voltage in volts, and time in seconds and cycles. Depending on the selected test type, other values such as phase angle and frequency may also be displayed.
