The MCC1010 and MVC1010 are current probes designed to measure AC currents up to 1000 A with a 1000:1 reduction ratio. They offer excellent accuracy (±0.3% across the full range) and a low phase shift (0.7°), suitable for power, energy, and power quality measurements. High performance is achieved through magnetic cores made of high-permeability FeNi alloy. The connected device must provide a nominal load resistance of 1 Ω. The output terminals are protected by a voltage limiting circuit, ensuring safe contact measurements under all nominal conditions.
The MCC1010 and MVC1010 are rated for CAT IV 600 V according to IEC 61010 standards.
