ICMobserver combines the unmatched quality of the analog input cascade of our modern partial discharge detectors with additional features and advantages developed in digital signal processing over the past 20 years.
ICMobserver is a versatile modern monitoring system that integrates four devices into one solution: spectrum analyzer, time-domain oscilloscope, voltage meter, and partial discharge monitor.
Thanks to digital signal processing, the spectrum analyzer offers a wide range of possible bandwidths. This significantly enhances capabilities in high-noise environments, which are often unavoidable in on-site monitoring.
The built-in time-domain oscilloscope, along with fully parallel phase-resolved partial discharge (PRPD) patterns on all channels, greatly expands analysis capabilities, allowing in-depth condition assessment of the monitored object.
The modular hardware and software concept ensures system scalability for future applications, such as dissolved gas analysis (DGA) monitoring and temperature/load monitoring, providing a single data aggregation point.
