The cable phasemeter 830220-1 is designed for measuring voltage, determining phase capability, and phasing cables when connected to capacitive test points. It offers a safe and quick method for measuring voltage and determining phase sequence of underground distribution systems using the capacitive measurement point of the branch connectors. Most high-voltage cable terminator manufacturers include capacitive measurement points in their branch connectors. These test points are intended for measurement purposes.
The 830220-1 also operates on battery power and is supplied in a durable case with a grounding wire and two measurement leads.
