DDA-16, DDA-30, and DDA-60 are digital data acquisition and control systems designed for circuit breaker testing systems. The system is intended not only for installation in new Megger circuit breaker test sets but also for backward compatibility. Each device in this series can be easily integrated into existing multi-ampere circuit breaker test sets of models CB-9116, CB-8130, and CB-8160:
Model DDA-16 (as an upgrade for CB-9116)
Model DDA-30 (as an upgrade for CB-8130)
Model DDA-60 (as an upgrade for CB-8160)
The DDA series utilizes the latest digital signal processing (DSP) technology for controlling circuit breaker test sets and measuring the response of the tested breaker. Upgrade capabilities allow users of multi-ampere test sets to modernize their existing systems without the need for new equipment. DSP technology provides full digital control of thyristors (SCR) and digital sampling of the output current for high-precision measurements.
