This popular series includes four models with different kits containing various accessories for greater testing flexibility. The main devices:
DET4TD2: basic four-wire tester powered by dry batteries.
DET4TR2: basic four-wire tester powered by a rechargeable battery.
DET4TC2: four-wire tester with dry battery power, selectable test frequency, increased measurement sensitivity, ART method, and no-stake measurement capability.
DET4TCR2: rechargeable four-wire tester with selectable test frequency, increased sensitivity, ART method, and no-stake measurement.
The DET4TC2 and DET4TCR2 testers are designed for demanding applications requiring maximum versatility. They support two-, three-, and four-wire tests, ART method, no-stake measurement, leakage current, and grounding voltage measurement. They also allow selecting test frequency from four options: 94 Hz, 105 Hz, 111 Hz, and 128 Hz, facilitating interference minimization.
When the universal features of DET4TC models are not needed, Megger offers DET4TD2 and DET4TR2 testers, the first designed for variable batteries, the second for rechargeable batteries. All DET4 models have an IP54 protection class, making them ideal for outdoor use.
