The BALTO Compact 4000 power source is designed for generating and delivering very high and precise DC test currents for high-speed DC circuit breakers. These high currents are supplied to the main circuit of high-speed DC circuit breakers and enable control of the entire circuit, including measurement elements, current transformers, and protection relays.
Developed with user needs in mind, this innovative Megger Balto mobile system can operate at currents up to 4000 A, meeting the requirements of manufacturers and users of high-speed DC circuit breakers. Particular attention has been paid to weight and size, resulting in an ergonomic design suitable for small spaces.
