The range includes three models: S1-568/2 (5 kV), S1-1068/2 (10 kV), and S1-1568/2 (15 kV). All are trusted by utility engineers, original equipment manufacturers, and commissioning teams working with critical assets such as transformers, cables, distribution devices, and feeds.
An adaptive filter, nearly unique for megohmmeters, monitors the rate of change of noise current and applies dynamic damping to prevent distortion of the test current. It predicts peaks that could otherwise affect results and stabilizes readings—even during power supply or switching noise.
Test modes include IR, DAR, PI, DD, SV, ramp, and PDC (with software). PI Predictor™ reduces polarization index testing time by up to 50%, and RE>Act™ indicates when insulation can be safely retested, saving time and reducing risks.
Fully remote control via Bluetooth® or USB allows testing from a safe distance—or even from the comfort of a climate-controlled vehicle in extreme on-site conditions. Built-in memory and Bluetooth® without electronic keys ensure seamless data transfer. High-performance protective terminals maintain measurement accuracy even with high surface leakage currents.
