The VLF 34 kV sinusoidal tester can be used for cable testing, sheath testing, and, in conjunction with an additional ESG NT step voltage probe, for sheath fault localization. The system can also serve as a voltage source for additional measurements of delta tangent and partial discharge accessories, and can be easily expanded into a universal testing and diagnostics system.
