Safety testing device according to IEC/EN61557-1 with TRMS multimeter functions
The M74 measures overall earth resistance, GFCI trip time for AC type, insulation, and earth and equipotential conductor integrity according to current standards in private electrical installations.
To make the device versatile and fully functional for any end-user, it is equipped with an innovative AUTO function: selecting this and setting only the GFCI current value, the M74, connected to the power socket, sequentially performs earth resistance testing, GFCI testing, and insulation testing. After testing, it displays all results with compliance or non-compliance indication using simple OK or NOT OK symbols.
The M74 also features additional functions such as phase sequence measurement with a single terminal, leakage current measurement using an additional clamp transformer, and a powerful multimeter function for measuring true RMS voltage and current.
