SDG1000X Series Function/Arbitrary Signal Generators

The SDG1000X series is a dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator with a maximum bandwidth of 60 MHz, a sampling rate of 150 MSa/s, and 14-bit vertical resolution. Patented EasyPulse and TrueArb technologies help eliminate the limitations of traditional DDS generators when producing pulse signals. The dedicated square wave generator can generate signals up to 60 MHz with low jitter. These features enable SDG1000X to deliver a variety of high-precision, low-jitter signals suitable for demanding and complex applications.
