SDG6000X Series Pulse/Arbitrary Signal Generator

The SDG6000X series is a dual-channel pulse/arbitrary signal generator with a bandwidth of up to 500 MHz, a maximum sampling rate of 2.4 GSa/s, and 16-bit vertical resolution. It features patented TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies that address the limitations of traditional DDS generators when producing arbitrary, square, and pulse signals. Additionally, the SDG6000X is a versatile device capable of generating noise, IQ signals, and PRBS patterns. These features enable the SDG6000X to deliver a wide range of high-precision, low-jitter signals suitable for complex and demanding applications.
