SDG1000X Plus Series Function/Arbitrary Signal Generators

The SDG1000X Plus series is a dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator with a maximum bandwidth of 60 MHz, a sampling rate of 1 GSa/s, and 16-bit vertical resolution. Built on traditional DDS technology, it uses patented TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies to address limitations in generating pulse signals. It can produce high-precision, low-jitter signals and supports PRBS sequence generation, sequential wave output, and double pulse output for a wider range of applications.
