Low-profile digital oscilloscopes SIGLENT series SDS6000L with data storage function provide up to 8 analog channels + 16 digital channels in a compact case. This series is available in bandwidth ranges of 2 GHz, 1 GHz, and 500 MHz, with a maximum sampling rate of 5 GigaSamples/sec (10 GigaSamples/sec ESR) per channel, and a maximum record length of 500 Mbit/sec per channel.

The SDS6000L series uses Siglent's SPO technology with a maximum signal capture speed of up to 170,000 waveforms/sec (up to 750,000 waveforms/sec in sequence mode), 256-level intensity grading display, and color temperature display mode. It also employs an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. The trigger system supports multiple powerful trigger modes, including serial bus trigger. Features such as signal history recording, signal capture, search and navigation functions, mask testing, power analysis, and eye/jitter analysis enable capturing, storing, and analyzing advanced signal recordings. An impressive set of measurement and mathematical capabilities, options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, and serial decoding are also features of SDS6000L.

It can be used as a standalone oscilloscope by connecting to an external display and mouse. Thanks to its built-in web server, it can also be controlled remotely over a local network. When combined with the 64-channel synchronization distributor (SYN64), multiple SDS6000L modules can be organized as high
