It uses Siglent SPO technology with a maximum capture rate of 160,000 waveforms/sec, 256-level intensity display, and color temperature display mode. Features include a high-sensitivity, low-jitter digital trigger system supporting multiple trigger modes, including serial bus trigger. Tools such as signal history recording, search and navigation functions, mask testing, Bode plot, and power analysis enable capturing, storing, and analyzing extended signal recordings. It also offers extensive measurement and mathematical capabilities, along with serial decoding. SDS5000L is a low-profile module without an integrated display or digital input channels (with MSO capability). Multiple modules can be synchronized via the 64-channel splitter (SYN64) to form a multi-channel data acquisition system scalable up to 512 channels. A standalone module can operate with an external display and mouse. Remote control is supported via local network, including web access. SCPI command set via built-in Ethernet interface at 1000 Mbps ensures fast data collection for automated testing.
