The Fluke 710 loop calibrator is designed for quick and easy testing of smart control valves, featuring an intuitive user interface, and providing immediate diagnostic results to expedite maintenance decisions. With built-in HART communication, users can send a 4-20 mA signal to actuate the valve and verify its movement to the expected position.
Loop measurement data and HART data can be recorded from a specific primary transducer for troubleshooting and circuit calibration. The data logging function allows setting a registration interval from 1 to 60 seconds and storing up to 4910 records or 99 individual sessions.
ValveTrack™ software enables functions such as: - Downloading, printing, and graphical display of field test results. - Comparing previous results with recent tests. - Viewing valve test history by HART tag ID. - Exporting valve test data in CSV format for further analysis in Microsoft Excel®.
