The HT8100 is a professional device combining a TRMS multimeter and a process calibrator capable of generating DC signals of 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA. It primarily performs measurements of AC/DC voltage and current. The current generator function (values can also be displayed in percentage) offers options for 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA with manual and automatic threshold adjustments. It can measure current absorbed by external powered converters and simulate the presence of a controllable current converter across the measurement range. The device can store measurement results in internal memory and complies with IEC/EN61010-1 safety standards, rated CAT III 1000 V and CAT IV 600 V, with double insulation. Functions are selected via front panel buttons. Suitable for typical industrial automation applications.
