Models with bandwidths of 100 and 200 MHz 2 or 4 analog channels, 16 logic/MSO optional only on 4 channels Real-time sampling rate up to 1 GSa/s Maximum record length up to 14 Mbit/s, FFT 1 Mbit Bode plot on screen and browser control (standard only for 4-channel models)
The new Superphosphor Oscilloscopes Series SDS1000X-E from SIGLENT are equipped with next-generation Superphosphor technology, offering excellent signal accuracy and performance. They feature bandwidths of 100 and 200 MHz with 2 or 4 analog channels. The maximum sampling rate is 1 GSa/s, and the standard record length is 14 Mbit/s. The front panel design provides quick access to the most frequently used functions for user convenience. The SDS1000X-E series employs a new generation SPO (Superphosphor Oscillator) technology, ensuring superior signal fidelity and lower system noise compared to industry counterparts. It has a minimum vertical input range of 500 μV/div, an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter, and a signal capture rate of 400,000 frames/sec in sequence mode.
The SDS1000X-E also features 256-level intensity grading and color temperature display mode, unavailable in other models of this class. Multiple trigger modes are supported, including serial bus trigger. Free serial decoding supports IIC, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN protocols. Oscilloscope waveform history recording and sequence triggering enable extended signal capture and analysis. A new FFT 1 Mpt mathematical function provides very high spectral resolution.
