The HA7163A is a heterodyne frequency conversion system with frequency down-conversion, designed for seamless integration with Holzworth products for real-time phase noise analysis as a calibrated frequency extension. It provides both absolute and residual (additive) measurements up to 50 GHz, making it the only solution on the market for accurate additive phase noise measurements above 18 GHz without external mixers.
